FESTIVE MAPLE WATER COCKTAIL (Recipe from ilovemaple.ca)

Ingredients

  • 1 litre (4 cups) NAPSI-certified pure maple water
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 250 ml (1 cup) vodka Ice cubes
  • A few cranberries

Preparation

  1. Reduce maple water for 30 minutes in a large saucepan.
  2. Leave to cool at room temperature. Add orange slices and vodka.
  3. Pour into a pitcher and allow to cool in the refrigerator for 6 hours or more.
  4. Serve in tall glasses filled with ice and decorate with a few cranberries.

MAPLE WATER SMOOTHIE (Recipe from ilovemaple.ca)

Ingredients

  • 125 ml (½ cup) quick oatmeal
  • 500 ml (2 cups) OVIVA! pure maple water
  • 250 ml (1 cup) frozen fruit
  • 125 ml (½ cup) plain yogurt
  • 4-6 ice cubes from OVIVA! pure maple water

Preparation

Soak oatmeal in maple water for 5 minutes. Pour oatmeal and maple water mixture into a blender, add fruit and yogurt, then blend until smooth. Pour into 2 tall glasses, add maple water ice cubes and serve immediately.

NAPSI-CERTIFIED MAPLE WATER AND MINT NATURAL ENERGY DRINK (Recipe from ilovemaple.ca)

Ingredients

  • 545 ml (2 cups + 3 tablespoons) OVIVA! maple water
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) lime juice
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) maple syrup
  • 1 small pinch of salt
  • 12 fresh mint leaves

Preparation

Mix together all the ingredients. Leave for mint to infuse. Refrigerate.

Mojito Oviva
(this recipe is great without alcohol)

Ingredients

20 fresh mint leaves

4 teaspoons (20 ml) of Maple syrup

¾ cup (180 ml) of lime juice (app. 4 limes)

¾ cup (180 ml) of white rum

1 liter of chill Oviva Maple water

20 iced cubes made of Oviva Maple water crushed

8 whole iced cubes made of Oviva Maple water

1 lime cut into wedges

Preparation

Mortar, crush the mint and divide into 4 glasses

In a pitcher, combine the maple sap Oviva, maple water Oviva crushed ice, rum, lime juice and maple syrup.

Divide maple ice water whole Oviva and lime wedges into 4 glasses. Pour the mojito.

Serve immediately.
